The market square lies at the heart of the community. The market
square was created in 1986 as part of a renovation of the centre of
the village. Today, the square is bordered by the Town Hall, the
Community centre, commercial properties and a restaurant. Regular
activities take place there, such as the weekly Friday market, the
traditional Aldo Fest in July, the Christmas market in November,
erecting the carnival tree and much, much more.
In the background to the South West, you can see the residential
areas of Eigenleh and Schneckenbühl and on
the horizon you can see the Zundelberg and the panorama of the
Swabian Alb.
